Delivery & returns
Each product page shows its delivery price and how long it takes to make and dispatch. If you order several pieces, you pay one delivery charge (the highest in your basket) and we send everything together once the last piece is ready. Free UK mainland delivery when you spend £50.00 or more, based on what you spend on items after any discount.
Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses on the UK mainland: England, Scotland and Wales. We can’t currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, the Isles of Scilly, the Scottish islands, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or outside the UK.
If an order is placed for an address we can’t deliver to, we’ll let you know, cancel it and refund you in full.
How your order is sent
Orders are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class, which usually arrives 2–3 working days after dispatch. 2nd Class post isn’t tracked, so we’ll email you as soon as your order is on its way.
If you need something by a particular date, please email hello@maisiesresin.co.uk before ordering.
If your order doesn’t arrive
Your order is our responsibility until it’s delivered. If it hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of our dispatch email, let us know at hello@maisiesresin.co.uk with your order reference. If it can’t be found, we’ll send a replacement or refund you in full.
Returns
We don’t offer returns or exchanges beyond your legal rights, which are explained below. Please check the photos, description and size before ordering, and email hello@maisiesresin.co.uk if you have any questions.
Changing your mind
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days, starting the day after you receive it. To cancel, email hello@maisiesresin.co.uk with your order reference. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.
- You pay the cost of returning the item. Please pack it carefully, as resin can chip if it’s dropped.
- Once we’ve received the item, or proof that you’ve sent it, we’ll refund the price of the item and the standard delivery charge within 14 days, to the card you paid with.
- We may reduce your refund if the item has been used, damaged, or handled more than you would in a shop.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or isn’t what you ordered, email hello@maisiesresin.co.uk within 30 days of delivery with your order reference and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including any postage costs.
Handmade pieces
Every piece is poured and finished by hand, so small variations in colour, pattern and the placement of flowers are part of each piece’s character rather than a fault.
These terms don’t affect your statutory rights.
