Terms of sale

These terms apply to orders placed on this website. Please read them before ordering.

Your order

When you place an order and your payment is confirmed, we’ll email you an order confirmation. Our contract with you is formed when we send that email. If we can’t supply an item, for example because of an error in its price or description, we’ll tell you and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling (£) and include any taxes that apply. The delivery charge is shown in your basket before you pay. Payment is taken by card at checkout through our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

Delivery

We deliver to the UK mainland only. Delivery charges and times are explained on our Delivery & returns page. If we haven’t dispatched your order within 30 days, you can cancel it for a full refund.

Handmade items

Each piece is made by hand, so colours, patterns and details may vary slightly from the photographs. Our photos and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them.

Faulty items

By law, the goods we sell must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If an item is faulty, please contact us at hello@maisiesresin.co.uk. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.

Care and use

Please follow our Care guide. Resin pieces are decorative unless their description says otherwise. We’re not responsible for damage caused by misuse, such as heat, dishwashers or dropping.

Our responsibility to you

If we don’t comply with these terms, we’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking them, but not for loss or damage that isn’t foreseeable. We don’t exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. We sell to individuals for private use only, and aren’t responsible for business losses.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, you can also bring proceedings in the Scottish courts.
